  • Warranty

    All products have a 1 year Carry In Warranty unless specified on the individual product page. Batteries are not covered under any warranty. Items will be checked before a decision is taken on the warranty.

  • Delivery Time

    Delivery time is in business days. 1-3 for Local, 5-10 for International. We keep stock locally (at our office or off-site warehouse for expensive goods) and internationally abroad (our suppliers reserve stock for us internationally). Special import items/products such as Beelink ship next day from the supplier's overseas warehouse (e.g. USA or China). These take around 5-10 working days, excluding customs stops. We don't charge anything extra for customs charges. The price you see is the price you pay. We reserve the right to charge extra with a separate delivery quote if a customer's delivery area is far from a main city centre.
